As the sole TV producer to win Billboard Magazine’s “Music Video Show of the Year” multiple times, his work has reached audiences nationwide. Collaborating with renowned artists and top-tier corporate clients, Mike Ousley Productions consistently delivers exceptional TV programs. Additionally, Mike Ousley actively engages in philanthropic work, serving on advisory boards for Owens House and Cornerstone Schools of Alabama.

Cyndi Schmidt brings a wealth of experience to television production, combining 35 years as an educator in performing arts with an entrepreneurial spirit. With a Master of Science in Human Factors & Systems, she focuses on developing educational TV shows with an emphasis on STEM/STEAM education. Cyndi’s philanthropic efforts include assisting non-profit organizations associated with STEM/STEAM TV shows in securing funding. Her leadership and community service in Civitan earned her recognition as the Governor’s Club President of the Year in 2010.

Stephanie is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with 30+ years of experience. She has worked with companies large and small to develop and implement impactful, award-winning marketing programs that build brand awareness on a global scale.

 

A Certified Diversity Executive, Stephanie has always been actively involved in her community, holding Board positions at respected organizations, volunteering when and where she can, as well as speaking in college classrooms and at professional events.

Board member Catherine has 25+ years of experience in the computer field as a sales engineer. Additionally, she was Branch Sales Manager in Raleigh with a large computer corporation. She graduated from Winthrop University in South Carolina with a BS in Sales & Marketing. In recent years she has worked with several non-profit organizations in fundraising and is currently President of North Raleigh Civitan Club. She lives in Raleigh with her husband Ray Paquette.

Ben, a seasoned lighting designer turned florist owner, now dedicates his time to community service in Raleigh. He passionately volunteers at the Flower Shuttle and North Raleigh Civitan Club, where he held significant positions like President and Vice President. Ben’s contributions extend to the Alliance of AIDS Services, where he serves as a board member, making Raleigh a better place to live.

Dr. Lavanya Vaidya Nagaraj, a Cary, N.C. native, is a partner at Blue Ridge Dermatology specializing in general and pediatric dermatology, and skin cancer surgery. She holds a biochemistry degree from NC State University and a doctorate from UNC School of Medicine. Dr. Nagaraj is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and actively engages in charitable work. She enjoys cooking, traveling, fitness, and reading, and is a proud parent of three children.
